FAQ

1) Which charities qualify to receive funds from CFC?

Any charity registered with the IRS as a tax exempt charitable organization is eligible to register. Typically these organizations are 501c3 and 501c4 registered organizations. Either an individual may raise funds for the charity or charities may register themselves as an organization.

2) How much profit will my organization receive?

Each gown will vary in price and thus, profits your charity receives will differ from gown to gown. The minimum donation from each gown purchase will be 20%. You will be able to track your fundraising progress on your individual fundraising page.

3) How and when will my fundraising dollars be sent to my charity?

All raised dollars will be sent straight from CFC to the respective charities on a weekly basis. Within one week of your payment clearing, your charity will receive your donation.

4) What is your return policy?

Every gown is inspected thoroughly prior to shipping. As such, we are confident you will receive your gown free of defects. Because of the nature of formal wear, we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to ask questions and research your purchase prior to completing the transaction.

5) What is your rental policy?

Rentals are only allowed in California at this time. As we grow, we will consider expanding our rental policy. All rental gowns are inspected prior to rental and the gown must be returned in comparible condition. All renters will be required to sign a rental agreement which will state your rental rate, terms of the rental, and the due date. All prom rentals will require a $200 security deposit.

6) Shipping

We ship all goods via USPS priority mail or express mail, depending on your preference. All gowns are insured and tracking numbers are issued.
